REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused
In its original condition
Returned with its original packaging, if applicable
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at xiaoshuai0224@gmail.com. with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Blankloom will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns due to personal preference, including ordering the wrong size or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Personalized or custom-made products
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale

Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether an item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered production or been shipped.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable laws. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with proof of purchase.
