What does Blankloom sell?

Blankloom sells graphic apparel built around humor, animals, seasonal ideas, sports-inspired game-day themes and vintage-style artwork. Available garment types, colors and sizes vary by design, so please check the options shown on each product page.

How do I choose a size?

Use the size chart on the product page for the garment you are buying. Measurements and fit can vary between T-shirts, crewneck sweatshirts and hoodies. If you are between sizes or need help reading a chart, contact us before ordering.

How should I care for my item?

Follow the care label attached to your garment and any care information shown on its product page. Because materials and print methods may vary by item, the garment-specific instructions should take priority over general advice.

What currency can I pay in?

We support USD, CAD, AUD, EUR, and GBP. You can choose your preferred currency using the currency selector on our website.

Your order will be charged in the currency shown at checkout. Please check the currency and total before completing your purchase.

If your payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and conversion fees.

How much is standard shipping?

Standard shipping to the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, DC), Canada, Australia, Germany and the United Kingdom costs US$5.99 for orders below US$59 after discounts. Orders of US$59 or more after discounts receive free standard shipping; the qualifying amount excludes shipping, taxes and duties. No code is needed. Alaska and Hawaii cost US$14.99 per order regardless of item quantity or order value and do not qualify for free shipping. Amounts convert to your checkout currency. When will my order arrive?

Estimated total delivery times include order processing and shipping:

United States: 6–9 business days.
Canada: 8–12 business days.
Australia: 5–8 business days.
Germany: 6–8 business days.
United Kingdom: 6–8 business days.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During promotional periods, processing may take an additional 3–5 business days. Carrier or customs delays can affect these estimates.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. We send a tracking number by email after your order has been dispatched.

Can I return an item?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back so we can review the request and provide return instructions.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
